If I have one piece of mandatory advice to give you while visiting Spetses is to take an e-bike and go around the island. The hour long ride will start off the old port in the area of Kouzounos. You will know you are on the right path when you enter the beautiful streets with perfectly manicured villas. Keep going up till you reach the main road and then let the road be your guide. Your jaw will drop as you advance, not so much from the amazing villas along the way, but mostly from the views! Believe me it will never get old, no matter how many times you will do this road trip, every time you will feel the same heart palpitation. Don’t use too much assist on your bike as you will need to keep your eyes for these benches. I don't know who placed them there, but however it is I’m a fan! So get off your bike, take a break and breath... My favorite time is 7pm where you will be able to soak the last rays of sunlight while enjoying the early night breeze.
